John is First Vice President/Senior Relationship Manager at Citizens Financial Bank. He has been in the banking industry for the past 15 years. He is a 1990 graduate of Highland High School and a 1994 graduate of Purdue University Calumet. He has served on the Highland Chamber of Commerce board since 2009.

Victor is the Division Director for the March of Dimes in Northwest Indiana and is responsible for Lake, Porter, Jasper and Newton counties. The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by reducing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. Victor and his wife Monica have two children and are Highland residents. 

Monica is the Vice President and Business Banking Regional Manager at First Midwest Bank in Highland Grove and has been with the bank for 13 years. She graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Finance and enjoys helping individuals and businesses achieve financial success.

 Angie is the Recreation Director for Highland Parks and Recreation.  She has been working for the town for almost four years and is responsible for planning community events and working with the public.

Michelle is the Assistant Vice President and Banking Center Manager for First Financial Bank, N.A., located on Highway Avenue in Highland and specializes in private banking relationships and small business solutions. She has been in management for 11 years and at this office since 2007. She grew up in Highland and enjoys raising her family in the wonderful home-town environment.  Michelle is an advocate for buying local and supporting our Town through Chamber volunteer opportunities.

Terry is the President of  Aide Rentals & Sales, Inc., which has specialized in the rental and sale of tools, equipment and party goods to Contractors, Industrial Accounts and Homeowners since 1965. Aide Rentals & Sales has locations in Highland, IN and So Chicago Heights, IL.

Doug has been a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones Investments in Highland since 2004. He works directly with clients to understand their goals, and focuses on building long-term, face to face relationships with clients, which helps them to understand and make sense of the investment options available today. Doug and his wife Jill have three children and are Highland residents.

Mary has been with the Highland Chamber since 1995 and has enjoyed serving as the Executive Director since 2002. She serves as Secretary for Highland Rotary and Treasurer for the Northwest Indiana Chamber Executives (NWICE). She is also on the Highland Dollars For Scholars Committee. Mary and her husband Ron have three grown sons.

Shannon has been with the Chamber for over six years, and is responsible for the creation of advertising material and updating web and print promotions for the Chamber and its annual events. Shannon is a Highland graduate and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from Drake University. Shannon and her husband Colin have one daughter.
